As a Relief Route Driver, you will cover assigned delivery routes when regular
drivers are absent or as needed. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of products to customer locations, maintains strong customer relationships, and supports daily route operations across multiple assignments.
Job responsibilities
- Cover assigned delivery routes as needed or during driver absences
- Deliver products accurately and on time to customer locations
- Load and unload products safely and efficiently
- Provide reliable service during all route coverage assignments
- Address basic delivery questions or concerns in the field
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Safely operate company delivery vehicle
- Complete required vehicle checks as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25–50lbs regularly
- Strong time management and reliability
- Ability to work independently in different route environments
- Applicants must satisfy all screening requirements, including drug testing and
background review - MUST be able to work weekends as needed
Preferred Skills
- Route delivery or driving experience
- Familiarity with multi-stop delivery operations
- Basic math and inventory handling skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different routes and assignments
