The Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking product and stacking it on pallets for delivery. This role ensures the correct product and quantities are selected and prepared safely and efficiently for shipment.
Job responsibilities
- Pick the correct product based on order requirements
- Verify accuracy of product selection and quantities
- Stack picked product on pallets in a safe and organized manner
- Ensure pallets are properly prepared for shipment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while picking orders
- Report any product discrepancies or issues immediately
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 25–50lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- High-energy, motivated, and dependable individual
- Positive attitude with pride in their work
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
