The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking and verifying orders before they are loaded onto delivery trucks. This role also supports warehouse operations by maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas, assisting in other tasks as needed, and handling product rework when required.
Job responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment & Accuracy
- Verify product quantities and correct items before shipment
- Warehouse Operations Support
- Assist with picking and other warehouse tasks as needed
- Support general warehouse functions to ensure smooth operations
- Rework damaged or returned products as directed
- Ensure products meet quality standards before being returned to inventory or shipment
- Follow company guidelines for handling and processing rework items
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during rework tasks
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 25–50lbs regularly
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be available to work all scheduled shifts
- Must have the ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift (on-the-job training provided)
- Reliable and punctual attendance
